This is a reminder that all students have 2 e-mail accounts.  Their Outlook account is USERAME@students.goapa.org and their password is their student ID (4 or 5 numbers) with 2 zeroes at the end.  Students may use a phone, computer, or tablet to access outlook.office.com where they can then enter their credentials.

All Gmail accounts (staff and students alike) can go to mail.andersonprep.org from any phone, computer, or tablet and enter their username, which is USERNAME@andersonprep.org and their password was created by the user, not me.  If someone has forgotten their password then they need to submit an online ticket (http://www.goapa.org/computerrepairrequests.aspx) and I will then reset their password and send it to their Outlook e-mail account.

If you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks, Mark Dickson

APA Pre Academy – from Captain Graves
March 19, 2020

I wanted to reach out to everyone personally and let you know a few things that happened today.

1. Governor mandated that all schools in the state be closed till May 1st.
2. All state testing is cancelled for this school year.
3. Federal Government approved us to provide all students free breakfast and lunch beginning Monday.
We will also be serving breakfast and lunch to all children under the age of 18 in the community regardless of what school they attend. (more info to come on this)
4. No E-Learning tomorrow or next week since it is our scheduled Spring Break.
5. E-Learning will begin again March 30th. Pre Academy students should hold on to their work and turn it in when we return to school.
6. Administrative team is meeting Monday to discuss our steps going forward.

I will continue to send out updates as I get them. I hope everyone is staying healthy and doing well. I love your children and miss them very much. If you get some time please send me an email at kgraves@goapa.org to
let me know how you and your child are doing and if there is anything we can help you with. I really care about your children and your family and want to make sure everyone is doing well.
